Can't wait to see you girls tomorrow.. Tina can't join us, but I would ask that you pray for her, John and family.
She will share more if she wants, but I just wanted to put it out there so you can keep her in your thoughts.

We missed you, Tina. Hope all is well with the family! And guess what, I have to wait 30 freakin' days to restart this diet. Yuck! I'm not gonna sit around and do nothing. I'm going to eat healthy and workout in the meantime. Hope to see u next week!
