Ok, girls! Week one brought some incredible results. Way to stick to your goals and find the willpower to make it through the first week.
We saw Biggest Loser type percentage losses:

Tina: 4.4% of body weight lost
As a group we lost a total of 37.5 pounds!!!! Incredible!
Amazing results, ladies!!
Goals for next week:
Tina: Drink the 85 ounces of water each day
Tara: Eat at 12pm and 5pm each day (no later than 6pm)
Rebekah: Fit into my jeans
Jaime: (let us know when you pick a goal - other than pounds/inches lost)
Ready, set, go......
yay for us! And really we were only in the weight loss phase for 4-5 days. WE ROCK!!
ReplyDeleteI really can't believe the results! Couldn't have made it through week one without you girls.. And, by the way: Does anyone have an objection to changing our blog name? I am just not feeling it anymore! Maybe something a little less "fat" sounding? I do like the Fair well part.. any other ideas?
ReplyDeleteHow about looking to the future like "Hello Hotties"....
ReplyDeleteThe new name is great idea...I'll have to sleep on it.
ReplyDeleteWow, girls, that is incredible for our first week! I'm sorry I missed group therapy, but being at Cpl. Justin Ross's memorial was therapy. He was a 22 year old soldier who was shot and killed in Afghanistan. His dream was to be in the army since he was a boy. My dream once was to be a stay at home mom. I have fulfilled that dream. I have fulfilled other little dreams also in my life. My ultimate dream over the last 8 years has been to be 125lbs. again. A dream, that as the years have past and I have gotten bigger and fatter, seems unreachable. But yesterday, that soldier died living his dream and died fighting! He gave me courage and strength that, if he can look his fear in the face and die for my freedom and country, I can frickin' lose this weight and do it by my 35th bday!
ReplyDeleteJaime- I have tears in my eyes. Thanks for reminding me that we have to LIVE and not just hang out on the sidelines! I am so inspired by you and so thankful for you!
