I lost 5 lbs.

Seriously. Day one. I lost 5 lbs. I am not expecting this everyday, but an amazing jump start!!!! Just a little one line encouragement from me to all of you.

Rebekah, that is 10 lbs between us. We are at 10% of our 100 lb weight goal.

I am moved by all of you. And, I am moved by me.... This will be easier today than it was yesterday and tomorrow will be easier than it will be today. How can you not be excited about that?

  2. FYI: If you get sick of meat, you can replace it with 100g of fat free cottage cheese once in a while.. I might do that for lunch (here and there) with my tomato.

  3. I wish I liked cottage cheese. I'm reading some great things on coconut oil and MCT oil...think I'm going to get some today.

  4. Love the cottage cheese idea. I don't know how I will live for a month without cheese! also had a coffee this morning with some sweet & low and cinnamon. It was really good! OMG we are pros already!

  5. Great Job! Totally awesome! I might have to start liking cottage cheese! I need to learn how to make coffee too! What is MCT oil?

    I think I feel and see a difference. When I put my t-shirt on this morning, it was a little loose in the tummy area.
