A Post to Refer to, OFTEN

OK... So you want to snack. Maybe your stomach is growling, or you are bored, or that is just what you normally do. When you are trying to fight the urge use the comment section and say what you are craving or feelings that contribute to it.
According to my good friend Tina, keeping a journal helps you figure out why your are craving when you are craving.. I will be using this section for that.. join me if you want.

  1. OK...So I am bored. I think I am also wanting to eat so I can avoid the laundry upstairs. Actually, now that I have typed that, I am convinced that is what is going on. Tide and I have a love/hate relationship.

  3. Quick tip: I bought the Grissini Olive Oil Breadsticks at Copp's last night and they are the BEST Grissini breadsticks I have ever had (and not just because I was craving carbs). I doubled checked and the original Simeons' protocol had olive oil in them, too, so no worries there. Several sights have confirmed this.

  4. I just bought those same ones! LOVE THEM! I also bought the Rye and Wheat melba toast. They are all SO good! So here was my witching hour yesterday, 3-5pm.... It was really really hard to not grab something. So, I will also have a standing appointment with this section!
